For many years I’ve been passione about travel, but I seriously started to travel in 2007, when together with my friends, who were already experienced travelers, we went off to the North Cape in Norway. We drove through the fjords and the Arctic Circle, looked the reindeers in the eyes, lived in the middle of nowhere in private houses with old people, who has no English at all. That trip gave me the strength and the confidence that regardless of circumstances and knowledge of languages, we can always survive and enjoy the experience.
Only two years later I decided to go on a very difficult trip on the Transsiberian through Russia, by train through China, I drove through Tibet on a minibus, stood at the Everest Base Camp, survived a few-day Annapurna Mini Trek and ended up in India.
Since then with my friends we plan our trips on our own and we try to book as little as possible with travel agencies. We just look for very good flight deals, buy our tickets and plan the routes in detail to see as much as we can for as little as we can.
Personally I work abroad as a Web Developer and from time to time I get involved in charities, social and political activities, I organize speeches about my travels, I learn languages and photography, which has became my other passion and in free time, like everybody else, I spend time with my family and friends.
I try to live full on, to dream, to fulfill these dreams and my passion is linguistics, proudly speaking four languages. I have a child-like happiness of life! Apparently (but I’d rather leave this for Maciek to say) in travel I don’t make any problems.
